In an effort to make locating parts simple for all models and regardless of when you purchased your SuperSplit unit, we have created a parts diagram that shows all common parts, as well as highlighting areas where parts may differ between older and newer models, or between the J-Model (standard) and the Heavy Duty or Special Edition Models.
If the part(s) you would like to order are located in a colored section of the diagram, we strongly encourage you to click/tap the corresponding colored band below the diagram to be certain you are ordering the correct part number(s) for your SuperSplit unit — whether or not your part(s) appear different from the diagram, or if they are absent from a particular colored section altogether.
A (2) beside any part indicates that the unit contains two of this part, positioned symmetrically opposite one another. When ordering a part, please be sure to select the correct total quantity of parts you need, since all parts are sold separately.
Once you have located the correct part(s), please make note of the corresponding part number(s) and then proceed to the ordering page.

ON/OFF HANDLE
Older models may have a knob instead of a lever mechanism. The knob is no longer available; so if you are needing to replace the knob, you will want to order the entire 096 assembly. You will enjoy the greater ease of the lever upgrade to your SuperSplit.
Individual parts of the lever mechanism may be ordered separately by letter (096A, 096B, 096C) if necessary, or as a whole (simply 096).
CAM LOCK ASSEMBLY
If your unit has one (1) bearing or three (3) bearings, then you have an older style SuperSplit model (that's one of the great things about the SuperSplit — it lasts!).
If you need to replace the camlock itself, the older cam lock models with one or three bearings is no longer available. You will want to order the 003 cam lock, which takes two bearings and will integrate with any unit without issue.
If you need to replace the 038 bolt ONLY, but do not need to replace the cam lock itself, refer to the following part numbers, based on the number of bearings your cam lock has:
ONE (1) bearing only - order bolt 038 TWO (2) bearings (current style) - order bolt 038C THREE (3) bearings - order bolt 038HD
Bearings for any cam lock style are the same: part 063. Bearings sold separately.
PUSHER ASSEMBLY
The diagram shows the pusher assembly for the J-Model SuperSplit unit. If you have a J-Model, you may order parts according to the part numbers shown in the diagram.
If you have a Heavy Duty (HD) or Special Edition (SE) SuperSplit unit, please refer to the following part numbers, which apply to both units:
MAIN PUSHER HEAD - order part # 006C RACK GEAR - order part # 018SE CARRIAGE BASE - order part # 011C 5/8" SHOULDER BOLT ("PIVOT PIN") - order part # 006B
SIDE GUIDES
The diagram shows the pusher assembly for the J-Model SuperSplit unit. Each of the two side guides on the J-Model require one (and only one) bearing (part # 063). If you have a J-Model, you may order parts according to the part numbers shown in the diagram.
If you have a Heavy Duty (HD) SuperSplit model, your unit is designed to operate with TWO bearings per side guide (part # 063). Your side guides are the same part number shown in the diagram (part # 005).
If you have a Special Edition (SE) SuperSplit model, your unit is designed to operate with TWO bearings per side guide (part # 063) AND a modified side guide. If you need to replace this machine-modified side guide, please order part # 005SE.
LIFT CAGE AND BEARING
If your lift cage DOES NOT have a notch as shown in the diagram, you have an older model SuperSplit. This part is no longer available.
If you need to order this part, order BOTH the updated lift cage (part # 004C) AND the bearing that fits it (part # 064C) as shown in the diagram.
If your lift cage DOES NOT have a notch as shown, but you need ONLY the bearing, you may still order the corresponding bearing alone, which is part # 064.
NEEDLE BEARINGS
If you need to replace the needle bearings, you will want to carefully measure the OUTER DIAMETER of the bearings to assure that you order the correct part number.
Most models have an outer diameter of 0.75 inch (3/4-inch) exactly. If your bearings measure exactly 0.75 inch, you will order part # 062-1 as shown in the diagram.
Some older models will have an outer diameter of 0.6875 inch (11/16-inch) exactly. If your bearings measure exactly 0.6875 inch (11/16-inch), you will order part # 062.
LARGE BOLT-ON / WELD-ON BEARING
If your bearing is BOLTED onto your unit, you will order part # 061 as shown in the diagram.
If your bearing is WELDED onto your unit, you will order part # 061ER.
NOTE: THESE PARTS ARE INTERCHANGEABLE; however, please call us first to discuss the pros and cons of each.
OPTIONAL TOW HITCH (SPECS)
The optional tow hitch comes equipped with either a 1-and-7/8-inch or 2-inch ball coupler.
The bottom plate of the front leg of the SuperSplit unit has (4) 3/8-inch diameter holes that match up with the studs on the tow hitch plate.
